![]() Does anyone know what could cause this? If I don't find out by monday I am going to call and talk to Robert at Dynatrac, he's been helpful so far. I drove around a few miles in 2wd and 4x4 with no problems, until I came back and was backing into a parking spot and turning hard, and both hubs popped out, the internal snap rings let loose and seperated. After ordering two new internal snap rings (which were sent for free) from Warn, I put everything back together after bending the tabs to the six point spanner back and out of the way. My truck is a 2012 F350 Super duty currently running 20 rims & 35' tires. The kit features the ability to remove non serviceable unit bearings and have readily available bearings and seals that allow you to maintain your vehicles. The Ford Spyntec hub conversion kits fit the F250, F350, as well as the Excursion. At first I couldn't get the large snap ring to hold fit on the axle and clear the splines of the hub, and then after fixing that (with my friend the dremel)I put the outer locking part of the hubs on and tightened the bolts and everything worked, but when I went to spin the one tire the inner snap ring that held the inner part of the warn hub body (the brass plate and internal spline) would get caught on the 6 point spanner that held the bearing nuts from comming loose.
